Law360 and Bloomberg Law covered the arrival of McGuireWoods partner Tara Bradley, an accomplished commercial contracts attorney who joined the firm in Charlotte, North Carolina.
Bradley represents clients ranging from multinational companies to innovative startups in commercial transactions. She has more than 25 years of in-house and large law firm experience negotiating agreements with a focus on digital media, intellectual property, entertainment, social media and advertising matters.
“Apart from McGuireWoods’ reputation for excellence, what really drew me to the firm was the culture of collaboration,” Bradley told Law360. “This is a quality I loved about working in-house for 10 years that is difficult to foster in a big firm environment. It’s also critical to achieving the best outcomes for clients. It was heartening to me to know that McGuireWoods has continued to encourage teamwork as they’ve grown and are dedicated to sustaining it as a priority in the future.”
Bradley added that she was excited about the firm’s commitment to growing a team focused on technology, outsourcing and other commercial contracts and “taking a leadership role in building out our capabilities to become leaders in the field.”
Reuters also noted Bradley’s arrival in the April 11, 2025, edition of its legal newsletter, “The Daily Docket.”
